Direct sale from the collection
Acquire a work
The Nunzio Pascarella de Capoa Archive handles proposals concerning available works. An Archive record documents the work but does not prove that it remains in the collection: some works have been sold over time. Availability is therefore checked before any proposal is made.
Enquiry
State the title or identifier, delivery country and whether your interest concerns an original, print or digital file.
Dossier and authenticity
Receive images, dimensions, technique, condition report and confirmation of authenticity issued by the Archive.
Written proposal
Only the seller’s written confirmation establishes availability, price, costs, timing, any applicable right of withdrawal and delivery arrangements.
Direct contact
Let’s discuss it
The Archive is the direct source for verifying works in the collection. An enquiry is neither a reservation nor a contract: a purchase arises only upon written acceptance of the final proposal and the agreed payment.
The complete general terms are being prepared and will be published only after approval by the owner and legal and tax review.
